Max Michalsky

Max Michalsky is a filmmaker, screenwriter, and photographer. He is a graduate of the prestigious University of Michigan Film, Television and Media department, where he was one of only six students admitted to the selective Screenwriting Sub-Concentration. In recognition of his achievements in Ann Arbor, Max was awarded the Alice Webber Glover Grant in order to complete his senior thesis film Nocturnes, which he wrote and directed. Today he resides in Los Angeles, where he works as a producer, director, and photographer in the commercial marketing and narrative spaces. His work as a producer, director and editor on the "Creg" advertising campaign for finance start-up Fizz has been viewed over 17 million times across various Company social platforms. He is the director of RABBIT, a new web-series exploring life in the gig economy, and is the screenwriter of two feature films, Avian, and Saccharine. He has previously held employment on scripted development teams at Comedy Central and Gunpowder & Sky, and has directed digital video content for corporate clients in the tech, food service, wellness, and entertainment industries.
